refactor: remove deprecated installation scripts and enhance install.sh
- Deleted canary.sh and feature.sh scripts as they are no longer needed. - Updated install.sh to support version detection and custom Docker Swarm initialization arguments. - Improved installation and update processes to accommodate version-specific Docker images.
