Mauricio Siu 68b0eb4818 Add Botpress blueprint with Docker Compose and configuration files 
- Introduced Docker Compose setup for Botpress service, including environment variables and volume configuration.
- Added logo for Botpress.
- Created template.toml for Botpress with default variables for configuration.
